Where is my data?

Your records stay on your iPhone and are included in your regular iPhone backup. Export a PDF from any home to keep a copy somewhere else. Room scans are the one exception: the video frames go to our scan service so the items can be identified, and they are not stored.

A room scan came back wrong or didn't finish

Film again with the lights on, moving slowly, and pause a second on the label of anything expensive. Thirty seconds to three minutes is plenty. You review every list before anything is saved, so swipe off mistakes and tap any item to fix its name or value.

I bought Pro or scan credits on another device

Open Settings in Roomprint and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Scan credits are consumable and stay on the device where you bought them.

The label scanner didn't read my sticker

Get closer, turn on more light, and keep the phone steady. You can always type the model or serial number by hand.
